Delivery, Postage and Shipping
Postage is automatically calculated via the wonders of modern technology and added to your purchase. The amount will be shown on your order.
The costs of shipping are automatically adjusted with your order depending on shipping zones and the weight of the purchased items. Some orders may require the postage amount to be worked out due to exceptional postage circumstances. The quotations will then be worked out by us with the best rates that we are able to offer you, we will send through the shipping details thereafter.
Once payment shows, your order will be packed and ready for posting. You will be sent an email with the shipping details to the designated address you have supplied and we will included the estimated time for delivery.
New Zealand Deliveries Nationwide
For New Zealand deliveries we use the New Zealand postal service and various Courier companies as needed. Some Couriers are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, Private Bags and/or rural addresses. A physical street address will need to be provided for any Courier deliveries.
Order arrival to the Buyer is usually within 3-10 days after purchase. Please ‘bear’ in mind that we are rural so deliveries may take longer than usual. We are not responsible nor accept liability for any parcels late in delivery, damaged or lost once they have been shipped. If for some reason your parcel has not arrived within the given time frame please contact us to let us know as soon as possible. In order for us to lodge an inquiry for any missing items, we need to know within ten days of your parcel not arriving.
Should stock availability be limited with some products, arrival time may take longer. Should you receive any delays with the processing of your sale you be notified via email beforehand.
We do not charge extra for rural delivery when sending via New Zealand post.

Your order will be sent on receipt of payment and an email will be sent to you to let you know. Delivery may take 10-21 days depending on the country, area and carrier used. We are not responsible for any Tax duties that may be payable on International orders. We are also not responsible with any problems that may arise from customs and/or government rules and regulations of what may be taken into various countries. Please check with your local customs office if you are unsure as to what is allowed in your country before making any purchases with us. Some herbs and essential oils usually being on their lists.
NZ Post Airmail
There is no tracking facility and any delivery by New Zealand Post Airmail is at the Customer/Buyers own risk. There is no refund on non-delivery items.
Includes Customer tracking facilities. A physical street address and signature to confirm delivery is required for this option. Courier costs may be uneconomical for smaller items but we will endeavour to supply you with the best rate possible.
